Decapitated is a Polish technical death metal band formed in 1996 by brothers Wacław and Rafał Kiełtyka when they were just teenagers. They became one of the most influential technical death metal bands from Europe, known for their complex compositions and brutal sound. The band has released multiple acclaimed albums and continues to tour internationally despite facing various lineup changes and personal tragedies.
