Whitechapel is an American deathcore band formed in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2006. Named after the London district associated with Jack the Ripper murders, they are known for their brutal breakdowns, technical guitar work, and Phil Bozeman's distinctive vocal style. The band has released multiple successful albums and is considered one of the leading acts in modern deathcore.
